Of Germs and Food...

Do all of us a great service and stop using so many antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti-fungal products being made in the last decades because beneficial organisms (good germs) are being killed off by these chemical cocktails and also from our own bloodstreams by products we use on our bodies. Dirt has beneficial germs, remember? Tests have already been done to prove that kids from the country are healthier than kids from the cities where water has too much chlorine etc. and we use antibacterial cleansers. (dish-liquids, laundry detergents, hand cleansers, leave-on cleansers being the worst with 65% alcohol!)

We need beneficial germs for a natural balance in the body. The latest  resurgence of deadly staph infections, or MRSA, etc. is not due to mutating into super-bug from over medication with antibiotics... it's really due to the voluntary wiping out of most beneficial bacteria in people's bloodstreams. Hospitals are the breeding ground for MRSA because they are kept so OVER-STERILE.  These are things you will not learn from your doctor or nurse it's not something they understand and even if they did, would want you to hear. Why? Because they want to keep working there.

If we have already been pushed to the point where we have to purchase expensive probiotics to replace the ones we used to have naturally from vegetables and fruits we grew on our own land or bought at the local farmers market what do you think is wrong with this picture?

Remember when they said don't eat coconut oil use vegetable oil? How about eat margarine and stop eating natural butter? Can you think of another example of a lie being used to market something much worse for our health than the original food? How about Corn? GMO Corn was forced on us without any warning at all! We have all ingested it already even if we haven't eaten on ear of it because it's in vegetable oils, Maize, Tortillas, and other food products...if they can still be considered food at all.

Normal organic food takes care of all the above you know. The enzymes take care of the intestines and digestion, and good digestion keeps the blood from becoming toxic. Good nutrition takes care of all systems.  Fats and oils make up the the structure of our brain and protective layer of our cells. If the cells lose their integrity you get disease pretty quickly because fat cells are buffers for toxins.
