Bases 24 Background to James Casbolt Part 1
James Casbolt followed Barry King's path in the 1990s on the man made 'Aliens' originally pioneered by Germany in WW2. As we now know Boscombe & Porton Down, join Peasemore (AL-499) in this tragic tale of Britain's manufacture of Programmed Generated Life Forms, for use on the Lunar bases and beyond.
King's father discovered 'strange looking humans' , and a strange looking aircraft, in a German lab at a base at the end of the War In Europe 1944.
Here The Bases Project investigates Casbolt's early life in Cornwall, with two major witnesses.

Following his marriage break up, forced exit from the United States, and after a series of Facebook and other internet posts, James Casbolt was finally arrested in St Ives, for stalking and blackmail. In this concluding account of Casbolt's seemingly bizarre fantasy of stories, he is given a hostile interviewed hours before his Crown Court appearance in Truro, Cornwall by Miles.Here he gives a series of apologies and extreme accounts of the actual make up of the "Elite", and their paranoia of being wiped out, in a mass global revolt, akin to the French Revolution.
He makes it clear the "Elite" want to be "understood" for their need to have certain nutrients from young humans, as they are an ancient, old "Vampire" type cyborg race, which the requirement to keep their external "flesh" sustained. If they do not do so, they will die.
He makes further statements about murders, he was claims he was party to as a 12 year old,in Reading, allegedly connecting the Jimmy Saville affair and states where the bodies will be found, under a shed in the garden. These matters have been reported to the Police and his solicitor in August 2014.
The analysis that this is part of a "Game", and he is a Weapons System, Deployed and now back on active service is made, and AGREED by Casbolt. This is extremely Dangerous, and is part of much larger weapons system, or "AI" He states the further why a leading member of the NSA has to do what he is doing, to save the wider public, from a horror that sleeps below.
How much of this is bizarre fantasy.....!?. If Any is True, Extremely serious matters must be understood and resolved.
Many have tried to help Casbolt, All have given up. He has pleaded Guilty to the charges, and at the time of writing faces 20 or more years in jail.
This is the end of BASES coverage of this story. Mainstream Press have now been engaged. Casbolt refers to this as Disclosure,and the Plum Productions Ch4 documentary (Involving the Mirage Men Documentary and authors) are involved, are part of this "DIS-closure"

A secret US operated 'alien' transhumanisation base in Berkshire revealed itself as real, with the secret abduction craft 184ft wide, The 'Firefly', showing itself to the Grid Keeper.He tells how they were twice abducted at Peasemore, and tells his tale here. Then at Balmoral Castle, with James Casbolt, Gridkeeper and 2 others, one a secret director of the CIA this account tells of actual possible direct contact with Her Majesty the Queen, (who got a black bloodied eye that day) at Balmoral. This and more, with helicopters near Stonehenge getting within 10ft of the witnesses' car... All such whistle blowing by our services. Why..maybe they have something they can never tell, but for us to find out.. while we still can.

Thanks to Dave Starbuck, during the edit of Bases 24, he by shear 'coincidence' found a cassette tape, he planned to use to record over. It was unlabelled, and just as my computers crashed as the V2K event happened,(refer to Bases 24 part 4) he called, and said it was his James Casbolt interview in 2006!He posted it, and so now this tape, referred to in this Bases, is available. Now included in "The early years of James Casbolt", with thanks to Dave, who with his "Revelation Tapes" remains a pioneer in getting people to wake up. A brave pioneer, I salute, and give thanks to.

The Final part of Cathi Morgan's interviews with James Casbolt in March 2014, shortly before his only live public appearance at 'Bases At The Barge' in April. Casbolt brings us to an alleged MILAB drop zone called, Drop Zone Delta, right in St Ives, Cornwall..The basic issue is:- are secret craft (TRS3B) coming to England's shores and taking people at night for various secret purposes, in a so called Secret Space Program. First Bases 24 witness claimed yes, as did GridKeeper who witnessed the crash of an executive jet at Goodwood airfield, with others, and Draco ETs recover their dead colleague and the TR3B-alpha at Peasemore, Barry King's claimed secret base where they make Programmed Generated Life Forms.
This final interview shows James in a more relaxed state, but can anything he says be believed.... where is the evidence?
Within weeks James went on social media, issued emails to his former wifes' family, and was charged with posting obscene pictures of his former wife, and charged under a new online black mail law, for demanding divorce settlement of $2million.
He pleaded guilty, and was sent down for mental health reports, All of which he passed, and was thus, in mid 2015 formally sent to jail for over 12 years.
James was married into a elite US family, and was with his then to be wife, Haley for many years. His move to the US was against all the advice of all his British friends, who saw him decline from the minute he went to the US. Which included becoming a US citizen, and joining the US Army, for a token length of time. Jame's emails described horrendous rituals, which caused trauma..
